For consignments that require other documents (e.g. commercial invoices) other than air waybills, Additional shipping time may be required. FedEx reserves the right to charge you any fees at its sole discretionBecause you fail to comply with your obligations or because any competent government authority takes coercive measures ex officio. Fines, penalties, damages or other costs or expenses (including but not limited to Storage fee).
